I was introduced to Dr. Fidai in 2022 after a skin check revealed a biopsy on my nose showing a mixed basal/squamous cell carcinoma, which required a MOHS procedure. She was the only doctor in the office who performed this procedure. What followed was more involved than either of us anticipated, but after four layers, many stitches, and a great deal of patience, kindness, and confidence, she skillfully navigated the procedure, determined to preserve my skin, appearance, and peace of mind.

Since then, I’ve embarked on a journey to prevent further issues. Although I had another MOHS procedure a couple of years later on my eye, I felt completely confident with Dr. Fidai leading the care. She has also performed laser procedures on my nose to perfect its appearance, as well as Fraxel laser treatments on my face and chest for preventative care.

I am so grateful for this unexpected encounter with Dr. Fidai and would highly recommend her for skin checks, laser treatments, or MOHS procedures. Her bedside manner is exceptional. She always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and offers comfort when I feel nervous.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chelsea Fidai for apx 3 years and have nothing but 100% respect and appreciation for her skill, knowledge, wisdom and the high level of CARE and treatment I have received EVERY time I see her (and I see her many times each year for treatment/care of my sun-damaged skin). The treatments/procedures she’s performed and that I’ve benefitted greatly from include: 1) IPL on my face for rosacea and hyperpigmentation 2) MOHS for skin cancers 3) excision for skin cancers (with expert suturing and follow-up for virtually eliminating visible scarring) 4) mole removal and, currently 5) topical chemotherapy for skin cancer. She’s gentle and caring, inspires confidence by listening attentively and patiently answering my questions, is skilled in cosmetic procedures (such as suturing for minimal scarring) and checks in with me while I’m undergoing treatment or recovering from one. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Fidai, to anyone looking for excellent dermatological care, whenever I get a chance! PS– in my 68 years, I’ve been in the care of several dermatologists but never one who gets my unequivocal, 100% recommendation! PSS– Did I mention that I also LOVE Dr. Fidai’s medical assistants and the office staff at OSVI?! They are all top-notch!

Dr. Fidai is truly the best dermatologist from whom I have received care and treatment. She listens to my concerns and addresses each of them with an understanding and interested manner which I feel makes communication with her very easy. After decades of sun exposure, I now need treatment for skin cancer and aging skin, and Dr. Fidai is walking me through it all. She has now performed 3 MOHS surgeries to remove skin cancer that she found, and 2 were on my face. Much to my relief, her work is so good that I can’t see the scarring! Dr. Fidai also did my fraxel laser treatment to address my aging skin, I was thrilled with those results as well and will schedule another soon.
Because I feel so at ease with Dr. Fidai and she has provided such excellent care, I recommend her to all my family and friends.

Dr. Chelsea Fidai did MOHS surgery on me one year ago for skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma) and I healed very well thanks to her! The two photos below were taken less than a year apart. She’s so kind and did a great job on keeping the scaring on my face down with lots of in-house after care. She’s the best!

I’m 76 and my facial skin was tired, wrinkled and drooping looking! I went to Dr. Fidai as she was recommended to me by a friend. I read her reviews then made an appointment. I was not disappointed. When entering her office I was greeted by a very friendly professional staff. From the time she entered my examinating room I felt quite comfortable. She has a great bedside manner and a wonderful touch. Dr. Fidai recommended a Fraxel Laser treatment along with CO2 around my eyes and mouth. Those were the areas that bothered me most. I was anxious for my treatment and the results it would achieve. I was not disappointed. The results are amazing! My dark circles are gone, my skin feels like a babies butt, very smooth and without any brown spots! Dr. Fidai truly cares about her patients. She answered all my questions, I never felt rushed and most importantly found her to be well informed and a expert in her field. I highly recommend Dr. Fidai. (I even gifted my friend for her referral!)

Dr Fidai performed Mohs surgery on my face to remove a squamous cell carcinoma – after the successful surgery Dr Fidai did some laser treatments on my scar and a few months later no scar was visible.
I have also done fraxel lasers to improve the quality of my skin and to get rid of dark precancerous spots on my face.
Dr Fidai is amazing. Professional, very knowledgeable, takes her time for her patients. I can’t recommend a better doctor!

Dr. Fidai is great. She surgically removed a mole from my forehead six months ago, and now, the scar is barely visible (she said it would take a full year to heal, so every day in continues to look better and better). Dr. Fidai has also been working with me to reduce the visibility of various acne scars on my body, and I see her monthly to check in on the status of scarring from the mole removal and acne, and I’ve seen great improvement for both. I always look forward to seeing her, she has a great attitude and is very professional. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a surgical dermatologist or to better their skin in general.

Dr. Fidai is amazing!! Super attentive and has a great eye! Really knows how to make the best use of the latest technology! Dr. Fidai is incredible. After many years of living with deep acne scarring, she completely transformed my skin.

As a highly qualified board-certified dermatologist (not every dermatologist in the US is board-certified; it’s a voluntary process and requires additional training), she knew how to combine different lasers and microneedling devices in order to get the results I needed for my skin to become clear, smooth, and plump again. Over the past year, Dr. Fidai took a lot of time and care to examine my skin properly and make sure I was getting procedures done that were suitable for my skin type and would check results every step of the way. Her bedside manners are above-and-beyond but it’s honestly her intense knowledge and training that impresses me the most. Very few women in the industry are Mohs surgeons, but she has completed a dual fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery.

There’s no other skin doctor I trust more and I will continue to visit her office for yearly maintenance. You will be in good hands with Dr. Fidai, there’s literally nothing she can’t do!

Dr. Fidai has magic hands and the only ones I will trust to work on my face! She has incredible bedside manner and will work through which options are best for your skincare journey and why. I always feel like I know exactly what I’m getting. You get a sense that she really loves what she does and will make sure you get the best care.

Dr. Fidai is incredibly thorough and caring physician. During our visit, she was an exceptional listener and was able to create the natural look I was hoping for with lip injections and botox. She has exceptional technical skills. and her medical knowledge is next-level. She is very thoughtful in how she approaches each patient and all-around is phenomenal physician.

I honestly don’t know where to start when it comes to how amazing Dr. Fidai is, and how wonderful she was with me during my treatment. I needed to have a large cyst excised from my chest and was concerned about keloid scarring as a result.

She started by thoroughly explaining what the procedure would be, what the very minimal recovery time would be, and what the maintenance would be in follow up appointments. She answered all questions I had thoughtfully and with tremendous bedside manner.

On that note, connecting with patients is clearly effortless for Dr. Fidai. Every appointment felt like a quick visit with a friend.

During the subsequent follow-ups, she continued to make sure I was comfortable and always let me know if there could be some discomfort (there never was). And of course, at my last appointment, she made a point to let me know not to hesitate to contact her or come back and see her if there were any issues (there weren’t!).

She’s no doubt my go to for any dermatology issues and I’m so thankful for the experience and care she provided. And oh, my scar is completely flat and looks great!

Dr. Fidai has been an absolute lifesaver for me! My skin has turned a corner for the absolute best. She is sensitive, eloquent, and extremely thorough during my visits. She’s prescribed oral and topical medication to help with my face + body acne. We have removed cysts and have lasered off cherry angiomas. Everything she touches or treats has given me such amazing results. I also get Botox with her as well, she has a very gentle touch with a perfection that is unmatched to get the natural look I strive for. I can not write enough positive feedback about her talent and skill set!
