Yes—patients with medical insurance often choose to join the concierge program for the elevated level of access, time, and personalization that traditional insurance-based visits simply cannot provide. Your insurance will still be billed for covered medical dermatology services, but your membership grants you quarterly one-hour appointments with Dr. Chelsea Fidai, direct access between visits, priority scheduling, and a truly bespoke medical–aesthetic roadmap that is not available through standard insurance care. The membership ensures comprehensive attention to both your medical skin health and long-term cosmetic goals—with no rushed visits and no compromises.

Your membership includes four standing, hour-long seasonal appointments each year with Dr. Chelsea Fidai. Every visit begins with a thorough medical dermatology evaluation—your rashes, acne, moles, chronic conditions, skin checks, and any emerging concerns are always prioritized. Once your medical needs are addressed, Dr. Fidai executes your personalized cosmetic strategy for that season, including injectables, lasers, regenerative therapies, and other planned treatments. At the end of each appointment, your AM and PM skincare routines are updated to reflect seasonal changes and your evolving cosmetic goals.

The concierge dermatology membership also covers services outside of office visits and procedures, including priority scheduling, longer visits, and direct access via your dedicated medical concierge. It helps us to develop and promote an exceptional team dedicated to providing you with world-class experience.

Dr. Fidai intentionally caps the concierge program at 250 members to preserve the highest possible level of access, personalization, and long-term oversight. This small cohort ensures that each patient receives unhurried, attentive, deeply individualized care. Dr. Fidai maintains space in her schedule to personally respond to member inquiries, accommodate urgent dermatologic concerns quickly, and oversee every detail of each patient’s aesthetic and medical plan.

Your membership fee covers access, time, and priority—but cosmetic treatments themselves (e.g., neuromodulators, fillers, lasers, regenerative medicine) are billed separately. This structure ensures that every aesthetic treatment is tailored entirely to your needs rather than limited by bundled offerings. During your seasonal appointments, Dr. Fidai executes the exact cosmetic plan you co-create together for optimal outcomes.

Yes. The concierge membership does not replace medical insurance. You may still use your insurance for office visits and medically-necessary procedures. Your insurance benefits and co-pays, deductibles, referral requirement, and non-reimbursable fees apply as specified by your insurance plan. Our office participates with Medicare and most commercial insurance plans, and we are happy to clarify any questions.
